Walter made this clever pair of cutting boards to neatly sit against the kitchen counter with a return edge. These boards are found in Patricia's kitchen and the student's kitchen at Chanteduc and are wonderfully practical.

Patricia has a deep passion for collecting cutting boards, ranging from large to small, and including both antique and artisan-made pieces. Her extensive collection is used in both her personal kitchen and the students' kitchen at Chanteduc, her farm in Provence.
