This functional trainer comes with a 200LB weight stack to maximize your gains. We've included 2x commercial grade FT handles that can be used simultaneously and are wrapped in polyurethane for maximum durability and comfort. Adjust the 2x FT handles to any of the 35 numbered height positions to target virtually any muscle group and perform any exercise.
